RAQ secures FRAL contract for five years

Relationships Australia Queensland (RAQ) is the successful tenderer to continue to deliver the Family Relationships Advice Line for the next five years.

The Family Relationships Advice Line is a national telephone service that helps families affected by relationship or separation issues.

The service provides information on parenting arrangements after separation and refers callers to local services that provide assistance and is open to everyone, including parents, grandparents, children, young people, other family members or friends.

“This is an outstanding achievement for RAQ - one that marks a turning point for our organisation and gives our clients and staff certainty and service continuity as the Australian Law Reform Commission review and technological advancements shape the service landscape over the coming years,” said Ian Law, CEO of Relationships Australia Queensland.

“This outcome would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of our staff. I particularly commend you on your ability to maintain high quality service delivery and I thank you for your ongoing professionalism and commitment to our clients.”
